<p>We have instituted a new rule that every athlete at our gym must be able to do three strict pull ups before advancing to kipping. I have never focused on strict pullups and it is a VERY BIG goat of mine. I can&#8217;t do even ONE!</p>
<p>So, today I was on the red band for pull ups. This was a little sad since I was one of the top 5 for Nicole at 63 pull ups. Today I got 84 on the band. At least I got a good amount more. Next time back to RX&#8217;d.</p>

My 1 rep was 108 today&#8230;got 110 last time which means I used the mens bar. I still have that dumb lean and slow motion dip I need to work on. I&#8217;ll get 120 next time!!
