Snack: WW Toast/ NPB (Had a bad case of nothing sounds good.)
Dinner: 1/2 C pasta, Ground turkey spag. sauce, Green Beans
Snack: 1/2 C. Cottage Cheese, pineapple, NPB
Not perfect but I&#8217;m trying.
