These are the workouts I’ll be competing in tomorrow. Should be pretty awesome. I haven’t be doing anything special to prepare except relying on the top notch programming of my coach and a bit of watching my diet.
My priorities for tomorrow:

Crossfit Games 2010 – World’s Fittest
For me the Crossfit Games is something that is now on my calendar, so to speak. There really is no decision whether or not I’ll go. Last year was amazing, but this year was beyond belief.
