Back Squat / Tabata

Back Squat @ 60% of 1 rep Max- 85#
2X10 w/ 30s rest in between 2’s
Tabata:
Kettlebells (started with 53# then switched to 35# ) Lowest #: 10
Box Jumps 20″ lowest #: 8
Both stayed consistent all the way, after I switched to 35#.

Post WOD Snack: 1/2 Balance Bar
Breakfast: 2 Eggs, cheese, pineapple…I can’t remember what else.
Lunch: Tuna, cheese, wg crackers
Snack: Salami, pineapple (can you tell I bought fresh pineapple?), almonds
Dinner: Scrambled eggs, grapes, avocado w/ salsa
Dessert: Tofutti Cutie

Breakfast: 2 Eggs, 1 oz. cheese, ww toast, applesauce
Waited too long to eat, so I had Bunny Grahams. Oops.
Lunch: Salami, Cheese, Apple, Almonds
Snack: WW Toast/ NPB (Had a bad case of nothing sounds good.)
Dinner: 1/2 C pasta, Ground turkey spag. sauce, Green Beans
Snack: 1/2 C. Cottage Cheese, pineapple, NPB

Not really “meals” today. I pretty much just ate whatever, whenever.
3 eggs, 2 cinnamon rolls, coffee
popcorn, diet coke
Starbucks light Frappucino
Tortilla chips, bean dip, fruit
Vodka  Tonic
Steak w/ Blue Cheese sauce, pasta salad, water
2 chocolate chip cookie bars
Oreo Blizzard
Feels good to be back to healthy eating today!
