Max Pull Ups
Total number of pull ups for scoreWe have instituted a new rule that every athlete at our gym must be able to do three strict pull ups before advancing to kipping. I have never focused on strict pullups and it is a VERY BIG goat of mine. I can’t do even ONE!
So, today I was on the red band for pull ups. This was a little sad since I was one of the top 5 for Nicole at 63 pull ups. Today I got 84 on the band. At least I got a good amount more. Next time back to RX’d.
