Experimenting
I have had craving issues with PMS in the past. So, I had an idea.
That was the first mistake. Here I am plugging along two weeks of perfection and losing steadily while still enjoying 1egg yolk with my whites, “evil” fruit and 1 tbls. of creamer a day. So, here I go thinking, what if, instead of a cheat day once a week, I planned to allow myself a few nibbles during PMS week to curb the cravings. Well, in theory it was a good idea, unitl the REAL carb monster showed up.
So, yesterday…I’m going to be honest here…I had 4 granola bars, a couple good scoops of Peanut Butter and, oh it hurts to admit it, a package of donettes. (We were out of cheez its.) So, here I am a little po’ed at myself. I think it is still a theory that could work, but like with everything, it needs planning. What I want to kick myself for is that I wasn’t really having any cravings before yesterday but mentally thought I should be so I nibbled.
Dumb.
Anyway, all is not lost. I’m going back to what I was doing before this week. I’m keeping the yolk and the fruit, but it is time to dump the dairy. Usually when I do that the weight just falls off. I don’t know why. I don’t drink milk or even really have that mich dairy.
I’m still really excited about this show and having the experience with a friend! Team Jenn-Mar is on the loose! Watch out!
Today is 7 weeks from show day and I’m ready to go. Clean it up. No deviations from the plan. Clean diet and hard workouts.
While you are out and about on the internet, check out Jenn’s new web site…it’s so cool!

Dairy is the same for me. If I drop it, the weight falls off. I do still lose while on it, but not near as much.

Martha, I have a CF question for you. I’m starting to do some CF workouts and have a site to look for the WOD, but I don’t know what this means, can you help me?
3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps of:
front squat
How is this to be completed? I won’t be doing it today since today is spin class, but I want to know for future reference since I know I’ll see this again. Thanks in advance for your help and time in responding.
