Workout success

I have taken three days off for one reason or another. I meant to take one, then my shoulder was still hurting and life got in the way. Then yesterday I just couldn’t seem to get there. So, three days of rest for my shoulder.

I sucked down some creatine, which I haven’t taken in months and powered through. I even did some Knees to Elbows and Double Unders. I had no shoulder pain at all! YES!Download Double Unders

    Thats just insanity…i don’t think my body can move that fast or bend in any of those direction if my life depended on it :-)
