Caffeine reduction

Only two days until my Cross Fit Certification. I am so nervous. The whole week I have been waking up with heart flutters and getting a head rush each time it happens. Today it has been ongoing and making me even more nervous. I did the smart thing and googled “irregular heartbeat”. So, after I ruled out “healing process after heart surgery”, I have pared it down to either anxiety or caffeine. I’m not too sure what to do about anxiety other than getting through this weekend alive. I can, however do something about caffeine. I’m hesitant. I mean, do I really MIND having pressure in my chest and regular hear rushes and a momentary feeling of confusion/euphoria? Ok, Fine. Less caffeine.

Last weekend was the “Cross Fit Games”, a weekend of Cross Fit events. This video is of a 14 yo girl who rocked it out and she didn’t even do it scaled. She did the full weights for everything. She is in the background at first and falls down. 103 lbs and that BB weight is 100 lbs. Yeesh. My hero.

    That totally made me tear up! I LOVE that stuff~amazing!…and just a sidenote~all the women I saw on there look amazing. Crossfit rocks and hell yes your tough enough, so just relax and quit giving yourself panic attacks lol :)
