Check out her azz…

I need some help here. I’m wondering if the water depletion deflates my butt. Look at me two days before comp, and day of. where did my perky, round butt go? Any ideas?

    Yow, they both look really good but I see what you mean. The water depletion did deflate it just a bit. What can you do to keep that from happening though?

    Looks like you hold water in your azz!! LOL!! Hey whatever it takes for a perky butt…you might want to skip water depletion all together, you look fantastic both days….why go through the pain. The figure competitor at my gym that is doing Jr. Nationals…she drinks 2 gallons a day and doesn’t change it on competition day…she doesn’t believe in the whole water depletion thing…and she always places 1st or 2nd. I might try that next time, because of TOM I ended up ballooning up despite water depletion and diuretics…nothing would help…might as well have had some water :)

    I am also considering the no water depletion or diuretics also…it just totally messes my system up like just ridiculous. Plus it seemed to just suck it out of my face and didn’t do a thing to my legs! They were still carrying water…I think everyone is different and you have to find what works for you. I for one am seriously not in this to kill myself lol :)
