Moxie for Life

Officially 12 weeks away from my third competition. I will be competing inthe Natural ABA  instead of NPC this time, on May 1oth. I may have a better chance of not looking like a scrawny wanna be in this organization. The word on the streets is that many girls NPC use things for enhancement that I will never use. I mean even on the local level? Come on. Have some scruples for goodness sakes. Oh yeah, and I don’t want a penis. I’ve read the horror stories of steroids. Granted they are probably extreme cases of girls wanting to be huge, but still, it’s enough to keep me away. Give me some eggs and oatmeal and I’m good.

I’m still planning to compete in fitness, but that is further on down since I need A LOT of work there. Splits are coming slooooowly. I’ll have to measure tonight to see if there has been any progress. I admit since I have been working on trimming up for the Arnold the splits watch got pushed back, but it needs to come out. I’m gonna try to make it to some Yoga classes to increase my flexibility. I think I need to be a full time gym rat. That would work well for me. Drop the kids of at school and then just go there for like 4 hours.

I took a picture  of my breakfast, but I don’t want to bum anyone out that hasn’t seen fruit for weeks. Maybe later.

14 days ’til Arnold and meeting all the BFL people. I’m very excited, but I won’t get to see two of my main peeps…Beka and April. I’m sad about this. Sad. Very sad.  A moment of silence, please.——————————————————

Stef has a packed schedule for us. I love it. I feel like I’m going on a tour and she will be the director. All I have to do is show up and participate. I love trips like that. No thinking. Also, Beka said to relax the food then, too.  So that will be nice. Thanks, B.

Alright,  got the day off and full of stuff to do around the house. We are going to the snow Sunday so I gotta gather up snow stuff. We California people don’t have that stuff on hand. Yay thrift stores!
