I’m sore

What do you call the muscle that is on the side of your ribs? Is it a continuation of the lats? Obliques? Well, that’s where I’m sore. And my butt.  And my hams. I did two machines yesterday that I never do. Seated leg curls and those butt blaster thingy’s. Awesome. I seriously love that feeling. It is almost as if the muscle is screaming. “What? Why? We’ve never done this before! Why now? Do you realized you won’t walk right tomorrow?”

Anyway, I took my update pics and am seriously happy. I mean I know I have really been pushing myself with some crazy interval cardio and trying to up my weights as much as possible, so some  progress is in order. I’m only on two basic supps right now, so that is quite cool. Diet and some kick a$$ workouts…that’s it. My body seems to love the eating cycle I’m on.

And…tonight, we cheat! Jared and I will be celebrating our hard work and progress by having some big ‘ole burritos! YUM!

    That’s awesome Martha! It seems like your body is taking a better shape this time. I don’t mean that in a bad way. Just looks more feminine. Hopefully it will help you maintain your muscle mass!
