I figure if I’m gonna do a fitness competition I  have to do the splits, or at least improve my flexibility enough so that I could do them. So, I will be measuring my progress and you, my faithful readers, can follow. I know. You have been waiting for soomething this exciting to come along. Just consider it my contribution to ease the wait for the writers strike to be over and we can all get back to The Office and Gray’s Anatomy.

So, as of today:

Right side: 8.5 inches to go

Left side: 9.5 inches to go
