8. Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the
risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the
risk of breast cancer by 79%, and one is 50% less
likely to develop bladder cancer.

My body is so used to so much water I swear I get dehydrated if I go below a gallon these days.
If I am lagging in energy throughout the day I can drink a big class and BAM! my energy is back. I love it.

Water IS so important to our diets. I’m with SJ, even after drinking over a gallon a day, I still feel dehyrdated at times. I’m ALWAYS drinking water…..
