4 weeks to freedom
I have spent the last two months getting my brain back from wherever it went during my last prep time. I think it has finally returned. Now, if only I could get the hormones in order. A friend suggested the IUD, but I’m not sure. I don’t need birth control, just hormone management. Do they make that?
So, I’ve found an eating plan that is tight, but not too tight. Tighter than BFL but looser than prep eating, until I decide what I want to do competing wise. I have a couple of emails out to fitness trainers so I’m working on that. Anyway, I’m on this plan for 4 weeks and see what happens. I cannot see the muscle I’ve been working on so I want to cut a little and check out the progress. (Can you cut “a little”?) We’ll see. I’ve been stretching like a crazy, stretchy person. Hoping that my flexibility is increasing. But seriously, the key is to tighten up the eating. Like I didn’t know that already.
I will post pics and we shall see. The camera doesn’t lie.

Try the natural hormone cream that you buy from the Health food store. I used it for years and it is wonderful! You just put a little on your skin everyday and it really balances you out without any harmful drugs and no side effects.
I think you will do great at fitness. To me they are in the best shape out of all competitiors, they amaze me. Glad you are figuring things out for yourself.

OMG! fitness would be great! I am in awe of fitness girls because of their incredible strength. Have you ever looked into WTF? No, not that WTF, but Womens tri fitness. They have all sorts of events…not just figure. I think that would be cool and may be a long term, down the road goal for me.
Whatever you decide….you have my never ending support!

LOL!! I’m cracking up over WTF! You’ll figure it out Martha. I cant tell now that I sort of have a life that going back to strict is not going to be easy. I am in awe that you did it!
