Copycat
I decided to make a few goodies for some of our neighbors. I copied April with her balls
and the reigndeer cookies. They just seemed the right amount of easy for me as I do not love to bake, cook or anything else kitchen related. I also made the easy toffe with crackers and chocolate chips. Everything turned out well. I also thought the kids would be excited to help. They pooped out about halfway through. Ah well, at least I tried. I haven’t tasted anything but a few pretzels. I’m hoping to withstand the balls. Did anyone ever see the SNL episode about the “Schwety Balls” with Alec Baldwin? That’s what I always think about and laugh out loud. Thanks, April for the recipe ideas!
I spent half of yesterday finishing my shopping with a super bad headache and by the time I got home I just wanted to do nothing. So I wrapped gifts and watched Top Chef re-runs and the Holiday Special.
I also made it to the gym and did a great chest workout. I am still always stared at while I fix my shake before cardio. No one else does this. Why? Whatever.
For real, has anyone heard from Amy of Amyella?

I bet your choc balls were a big hit.
Thanks for your compliment on my back…sometimes I wonder WTF I am doing and WILL I get there. It’s support like this that helps me mentally prepare!!!
I hope you have a very Merry Christmas:)
