Food stuff

I actually hate when I have to read over and over again what people eat everyday, but I have come to a place where I  think I need accountability without the pricetag. So, I will journal my food. Please feel free to give me a hard time about anything that looks out of place. This day I was trying to stay no carbs other than veggies…can you see where it fell apart?

Monday 12/18

Met-Rx

egg whites, she-hulk shake

1 scoop whey

Tuna/ ff mayo/celery

1 muscle milk bar / diet coke

1 pack ritz bit w. pb

fettucine alfredo w. chicken/ mixed veggies / two small garlic breads

2 brownie bites

3+ liters of water

    Oh, that is funny! Sounds like my plans.I fall apart at 3pm when I get home from work with the kids and I’m exhausted & craving yummies. ha ha!!
