4 weeks to freedom
Friday, December 28th, 2007I have spent the last two months getting my brain back from wherever it went during my last prep time. I think it has finally returned. Now, if only I could get the hormones in order. A friend suggested the IUD, but I’m not sure. I don’t need birth control, just hormone management. Do they make that?
So, I’ve found an eating plan that is tight, but not too tight. Tighter than BFL but looser than prep eating, until I decide what I want to do competing wise. I have a couple of emails out to fitness trainers so I’m working on that. Anyway, I’m on this plan for 4 weeks and see what happens. I cannot see the muscle I’ve been working on so I want to cut a little and check out the progress. (Can you cut “a little”?) We’ll see. I’ve been stretching like a crazy, stretchy person. Hoping that my flexibility is increasing. But seriously, the key is to tighten up the eating. Like I didn’t know that already.
