First the good news…
Monday, October 8th, 2007My neck is feeling much better. And now, the GOOD news…wait, all I have is good news! YAY!
My posing with Gina went awesome. Totally money well spent. She worked me hard, gave me so many good tips and even gave me some ways to adjust my suit to make it look better. I was tired when I left and sore today in my quads and lower back. Flexing hard for an hour is a workout! I’m probably no going to post the pics becuase I look like a white pasty yucko. I will however post the ones I took for the BFL Tracker Summer challenge. Some of those are pretty hot.
I think I need discipline. No, not THAT kind. T changed the diet to a very basic low(er) carb one and I am thriving. I feel great. Too many options make my head spin. I’m like a 5 year old. Just tell me exactly what to do, don’t give me a choice. Plus, making my lunch is WAAAAYYYY easier: 1 chicken breast, 1 bowl of turkey, two baggies of asparagus and one whey shake, a wagonload of water bottles and I’m good to go. And my body is such a tatletale. One fricken frosted mini wheat and I look like the Goodyear Blimp.
Ok, gotta take a kid to piano lessons and the cardio #2.
Did I mention it’s less than 12 days? YES!
