Dear Blog,

I have a friend who is dieting. She even has a trainer. She thinks she wants to compete in a few weeks. Just today I saw her eating 5? cookies. She said she bought them for the kids and just wanted a bite. Next thing I she knew half the container was gone. She wants to blame TOM. She tried to hide the evidence but really, the crumbs and bloated belly were a dead giveaway. After she was confronted, she rationalized that she should just finish the last two because then they would be gone and not be a temptation anymore. I think she is deluding herself. Do you think she has a problem?

    I think I am seriously lucky that TOM is gone for me. That would be a very rough time. At least they’re gone right? That’s how I am with nuts!!
