Plyos are my friend.
I have been changing up my workouts just for fun and to keep my muscles guessing. If you get Oxygen magazine, you may have seen the plyometrics workouts in there. For the last couple of weeks I have alternated them with cardio. I love it. They are so hard and really kick my butt. It such a nice change from running or elliptical. I usually do my weights, then plyos two days, the third day I do a traditional cardio method. I’m really seeing some gains on my shoulders and arms which is where I have really been targeting. In a couple of weeks, after vacation, I’ll be back with Tony for 8 weeks of comp prep. Can’t wait. I think?
