Those three little words…
“Have more carbs” Ahhh. Days like these were made for lovin’. Oatmeal, that is. I woke up today ehahausted, which means after 50ish minutes of cardio, I was freaking dead. Today was the first day I’ve truly felt like my body was being pushed as far as it could and then some. I texted Tony and he immediately wrote back with “1/2 cup oats before weights and 4oz yam after”, today and get this…TOMORROW TOO! I’m a happy carb-a-licious girl. Who knew oats could make me so giddy? Maybe hubby will benefit. Oh. TMI. I got carried away.
