Ok, I was wondering how everyone takes their “stuff”…ie ACV, lemon juice, green tea extract, etc. I’m looking for variations.
Here’s me: AVC - I shoot it staight up. Lemon Juice - in my water. Green Tea Extract - In my coffee,then with the lemon juice water with a splenda. Glutamine - in my Myoplex shake. Flax oil - in my oatmeal, sometimes I make salad dressing with it.
How about you?

I mix my ACV with Lemon juice and a little water and chug it. I don’t have to use eyedrops anymore since this makes my eye water like crazy.
I put my extract in my coffee and the 1L bottle I take to work with me.
Flax oil goes in my oats also.
I don’t use an MRP shake yet but Tony said the next best thing is 2 scoops of whey, 1 tsp of glutamine and 1 fruit(i use apple). I will continue to do that also because it’s yummy!! I’ve looked at MRP’s and added up the c/p/f and compared to what I am doing and it is the exact same thing.
