Will she walk again?

I just printed out my leg workout for tomorrow and… holy crap! I’m scared. At least I’m working out after work tomorrow instead of in the AM since hubby will be gone. So, I won’t have to walk up and down stairs at school all day afterwards. we’ll see how it goes. Also weigh in day tomorrow. I’m excited, well more like pensive. If I don’t have awesome results tomorrow, well, Tony and I will be having a pow wow. I took some pics and it definitely looks like changes. But I know I don’t have much weight to lose, so we’ll see.

    Yes you have to remember that you DON’T have that much weight to lose! Don’t get discouraged by the scale! This is about getting fit and muscles not looking like Nicole Ritchie:)

    Yeah…I realize that. lol…Nicole Richie. Lord help me…noooooo! I was just thinking last night that I do not want to be skinny. I want to be buffed out. But, to see the muscle you gotta get the fat off! Anyway, I had a good result, I think. I’m almost to high school weight - what? That’s weird.

    martha, you are on the right track. are you taking your waist/hip measurements? that will let you know more if you lost fat than the scale(imo).that’s what i use anyways, and it does help when the scale says otherwise. :) i bet you are doing better than you think!
